I can pass a home, store-bought urine test for THC after 5 days and I'm a moderate smoker. I know they're 99 % accurate, but is this the same way they test you in labs?
So if I pass a home urine test and go in and take a urine test at a lab right afterwards, will I pass?

Any comments? I have to pass this test or I might be kicked out of Grad. school... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know for sure, but those things are never 100% accurate, and neither am I . But I think, that you should use it as a guide, if you pass it, you probably have a very good chance to pass the test. If you're still worried, buy a fake penis, that you can use at the drug test, that can use someone's else pee, to come out of this fake penis, supposdly, it looks, really really realistic.

Generally, most tests use the same cutoff levels. If the cutoff's are the same, the method shouldn't mean much. Basically, If you measure a football field using a tape measure, you get the same result as if you use a laser range finder.

So, if you pass a dip test using 50ng/ml cutoff, logic dictates you should pass any other test at the same cutoff.
