like 12 days ago. I have a drug test coming up maybe next week. Should I be ok?

You should be OK if you were pretty clean before your "one bowl". They actually test for a by-product of metabolized THC-it stays in your system longer than THC does. For a light user, it hangs around for about 10 days. A frequent user can test positive for up to a month.

If your body was completely clean before the one bowl, a one time high is cleared by most people in 5 days give or take a day. Get a home test if you are worried. Also, read the dilution sticky. It is done just the day of the test and not days leading up to the test. See my sig for why drinking a lot days before the test is useless.

I am praying my HR Dept is as slow as usual and it takes them another week before I test.
