I took my drug test around 3 pm at the courthouse. All the other times that I took one, I knew I was passing, but I think I might have failed. Does anyone know if they test it the day of, or the next day. Should I be expecting a call tomorrow if I failed, or would they have called already?

All the other times I heard nothing about if I passed or failed, so I knew I passed. So I don't know when the actually testing procedure happens. I just want to know if I should still be worried about it or not?

I would still be alittle concerned. Some probation officers have been known to wait until your next appointment to bring up a failed test.

You see, it's a dirty little trick. They test you, you fail, but they don't tell you. Like you said, you felt that you passed when you didn't hear anything, so you toke up. You go in for your next meeting, they tell you you failed the last test, test you again, and now they have 2 dirty UA's a month or so apart (indicating chronic use in their eyes), and revoke you.
