I have not smoked in three years. I took one drag Saturday night and I had a military piss test about thirty minutes ago. I have been drinking lots of water. Urine is almost clear. I am 5'11 and 180 lbs. MAn I am worried. I have been to told that the military will on come back positive if it 300 ng and higher. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

One drag??? Get real. you are fine.

Although, I think your "300 ng or higher" info is probably either incorrect or is for another drug. You might want to research that a bit.

sec3 is right on both accounts. You will be fine and 300 ng cut off is for heroin on a DOD drug test. Google "military drug testing" and find even more info if you are interested.
