Default Please help! I need peace of mind!

Hey everyone, I have to take a drug test for employment in 2 weeks and I am on my 5th day clean. Before I stopped smoking I was an everyday smoker. I am really worried because this job means everything to me. I am a 21 year old female, 5'0", 125 lbs, although Im not an avid exerciser I have an athletic muscular body. I know THC is stored in fat cells so I have been exercising lightly. I cut out the junk food, and am eating healthier but with little fat so my body is forced to use the stored fat in which the THC is contained. Ive been drinking more fluids n all that jazz too. I also plan on pigging out a few days before the test so I go in to fat storage mode. I think I will be ok but I just need someone else to tell me too. I read that I actually should be eating more to stimulate my metabolism but I dunno if I should since Im supposed to be loosing the fat not gaining it. Is this true? Any pointers will help greatly. Thanx to any and all who responds : )

You want to go into fat storing mode 3-5 days before the test , so in that time stop exercising and play couch potato. That will help you to stop releasing THC metabolites from you fat cells.

Yeah, I have seen that too but there is a trade off, gaining weight but increased metabolism. It is a balancing act and if it was me I would rather lose weight and not try to speed up metabolism at the risk of gaining weight. Eat smartly like lean proteins, high fiber foods, good carbs (complex carbs and not refined sugars and flours) and you should be able to keep a good metabolsim and possibly lose fat cells and burn off more THC metabolites until the couch potato mode.

Read in my sig why drinking lots of fluids is useless. Add some soluble fiber to your diet.
