Default 3 tests (clean) 5 weeks(clean) Exercise question, final thoughts/advice appreciated

I passed my third home test last Friday (first pee of the morning) Getting closer now to actual test. Should have offer today, with urine test likely next week.

3 home tests (clean) Almost 5 weeks (clean)

Long time everyday smoker, but over a good part of 2005 and ALL OF 2006 averaged only about 2-3 hits once every 6-8 weeks. Would go 60+ days at times w/out smoking at all on more than one occasion. Also went from 8-26 through at least 10-10 w/no smoking,maybe longer.

Smoked last on 8/25/06 (4-5 hits) and 11/3/06 (2-3 hits) Those are both firm. Maybe one other time in 1rst week of October,can't remember.

I will not be diluting, or substituting, or any of that stuff. From what I have researched, and from what I have been told on this site, based on above info my chances look very good .But you never know till you pass the real test right? Still paranoid to some extent, although deep down I think I am set .

Was wondering if there is any danger in working out in the 5 or so days leading up to the test? I have been told by a professional substance abuse director (with a master degree, who runs drug rehab clinics where testing happens every day) that I would need to lose a fair share of fat for it to effect me in terms of testing positive,after testing negative 3 times.And that normal workout's at this point will not matter. But as you can see,I still find myself leaning toward experienced users for feedback.

Was also wondering if anyone has any last minute advice for me?? Anything o put me at ease?? Or is it time to just accept the fact I am ready to go

Sounds like your good to go if you don't smoke between now and the test. You passed 3 home tests with your first piss of the day and that is the dirtiest.
The exercise thing.......It is recommended on this site to go into fat storing mode, which you may be aware of.
The guy with the masters degree may work where they test daily, but the people on this site are actually tested. I know which advise I would go with.

Most tests use a cutoff of 50 ng/ml for THC. If you were close to this cutoff but passed, say 40 ng/ml, and you exercised your ass off then this might be a problem. It sounds like you are well under this by passing 3 tests so it isn't like you are going to exercise and stir up some big reserve of THC metabolites hiden deep like a pocket of oil and fail.

It sounds like you really want to work out bad. A day or two off isn't going to hurt! You do sound good to go for this test though.

I am currently un-employed, so the gym time comes in handy.
However, I would stop right away if it was a problem.Once I get the formal testing info I may take off some time, depending on when it comes.

Is eating fat's really a good thing? I had Chineese lunch in special today, that I would think would be good for it.Especially the soup noodles in duck sauce

The fat thing, if it is a day or two before the test yes. That way your body will burn fat in your diet instead of body fat possibly depositing THC metabolites in the bloodstream.

I still think you are safe if you passed 3 tests so if the test is still a few days away, exercise and eat whatever you want.
