OK i just found out about a drug test taking place in 36 hours, Tuesday morning.

I am 6'5" and weight around 300 pounds... more to love! But I figured that maybe the standard Dilution Method quantities might not directly apply to a larger individual such as myself, so I'm curious if anyone has any advice.

Also, is a creatine supplement necessary if I am a regular red meat eater? I eat it probably once at day at least.

Though you are a big boy or girl, you don't need to significantly alter the standard dilution protocol. And being a larger person may work in your favor in terms of not having to worry about coming up diluted if they use urinary creatinine as a criterion for specimen adequacy: See Dilution and Variable Urinary Creatinine
The creatine supplement can't hurt but prob not needed if you eat lots of meat and you're a big person.

Aside from it being an invasion of privacy (if not yours, your fellow american who may be denied employment for pregnancy or diabetes) it is a direct challenge to the 4th ammendment.

I spent about $400 testing myself at home using dilution as well as other bogus products. I ended up purchasing a whizzinator and after strapping it on to my naked self (I chose the Tan color ) and putting on my tighty whities over it I IMMEDIATELY felt comfortable with the pending pre-employment test.

The next time you have to take a pee (at home) do so in a small plastic cup and take the temperature. You will be amazed to find that the temperature is around 95 - 97 degrees. It looses its temperature rather quickly. The whizzinator not only duplicates this temperature easily (following the simple directions) but it actually gives you the sensation that you are pulling out your own willy. It basically put my mind at ease the moment I began "testing" with it. It gives me a sense of privacy that I deserve.

Dilution is simply not worth it, in my opinion. Why give a sample of yourself to someone you should not be trusting it with - regardless of your habits. A job is nothing more than a 2 week contract anyways. Everytime you get paid you are working for the next check. There is no loyalties to be implied. You should be loyal to yourself and the notion of personal privacy.

Fortunately the entire American work force doesn't have this work ethic. If they did, there wouldn't be a company left in the United States. They would all be located in Mexico, Japan, or China. Sorry if I sound upset over your remark, but I am. I don't own my own business either. I work for an international company and I take pride in what I do. If the company I work for doesn't succeed then I don't have a job. I feel that I play a part in the companies success. My job isn't a 2 week contract. It is my livelyhood. Present and future. Sure I can find another job, but I have an investment in this company for my retirement and I literally have an investment as a stock holder. I have ranted enough and I will stop.

I work for a company that employs over 50,000 people world wide and if I ever see your point, I will look for a new job. Hopefully someday you will find a job you like and change your perspective.

If you are a daily smoker and you weigh 300 pounds at 6'5" I think dilution is a waste of time and you should sub. You are well over your ideal weight and in most people this increases THC half life.
