Well,

I found this place through google and have been reading it quite a bit. I will post my question to see what the experts think.

I am 5'10", 210 lbs...I work out a LOT but am about 20% BF (although I am pretty muscular, medium to high metabolism). I recently retired from the military and got very stoned on 17 Nov. I didn't smoke again until 26 Nov then again on 28 Nov. I have a pre-employment urine test coming up on 12 Dec. I've read S2's dilution write-up and take creatine and a multi-vitamin on a regular basis anyway. Up until 17 Nov, I've been clean for 20 years. I plan on getting a home test tomorrow (Walgreen is closed now and I've had too many beers) for use Tuesday morning before my test. I plan on scheduling my test for Tuesday afternoon.

Anyway, what is the outlook for me being clean?

Since you plan to use a home test, I will venture a guess and say that you will test negative on a home test. Keep in mind that this is only a guess, not fact.

I just took a home test using my first void of the day. I had about 8 hours to build up between voids, so I feel that this sample is very representative. I got a faint line on the "T" line, so it definitely came up negative. Got the real thing this afternoon sometime...I pick the time. I will still use the dillution procedures mentioned here on this website.

Quick question:

The test I am recieving is a Non-Dot, single specimen. Does that mean they WILL NOT test for specific gravity/dillution?

I just took another home test as I am finishing up my dillution process. I got a very pronounced NEGATIVE on the home test and my urine is a bright yellowish color. Doesn't look too natural, but by the time I get there the vitamin B should wear off a bit and look like the urine of a well-hydrated individual...I hope.

If you followed the advice posted on this board for dilution, then you should be fine. They will almost always check SG, but as long as you're not OVERdiluted, you'll be fine.
