I have a urine screen tomorrow at some medical clinic for my private college program. I can't afford to fuck this up... The test is on 12/15/06 and I smoked on the night of 12/1/06 and 11/24/06. I don't smoke often, maybe every 2 or 3 months... split a couple small bowls on 12/1/06 with a friend... about 5-7 hits...

I'm 5'10" 173 lbs, I work out atleast 3-4 times a week... I have a body fat which is at most 8%.... I'm ALOT more muscle than I am fat...

took a home test the other yesterday and got a faint negetive from the test..

I'm about to go to the store for some dieuretic tea to flush out any THC that might be in my urine since I've been working out the whole week...

Any advice guys? I can't fuck this test up, my future depends on it.

Note to future posters. this guy gives all the info needed in his first post. Height, weight, activity level, accurate smoking history and he already used a home test.

If you passed a home test you should be in great shape. Every thing else I am going to point out is gravy. If it was the first void of the day that would be ideal because that is the most concentrated and if you pass this you should pass any time of the day. You are a very light smoker and you seem to exercise a lot but I can't tell if it is mostly weightlifting, aerobic, or both. I take it you are weightlifting mainly and in this case aerobic exercise is preferred. This light smoking, low body fat, and exercise all are helping you. Diuretic teas will not flush you out though. Diuretics increase water content of the urine and not cleaning power of the kidneys. I could give my spill about one time highs are cleaned by most people but you probably weren't completely clean after the 11/24 smoke session when you smoked 12/01 but you probably weren't completely clean. You probably were under 50 ng/ml but not completely clean.

You should be safe. Enjoy college life and go find some sorority chics.
