Hiyas I just tested positive with a First Check home test for THC. Iam 34 y/o 185lbs. and have not smoked for 30days. I was a daily smoker for several years. I tested with my first urine of the day and got a postive result. I must admitt this was kind of a surprise. I need to pass a drug screen in 3 days and subsitution is not possible...Any thoughts to help me??

You aren't the first one to test positive after 30 days clean. Get reading the dilution sticky, follow the directions very carefully and hope that it works for you. good luck.

Yup, you are not the first to be dirty after 30 days. You didn't give your height which without height your weight is useless info. Since you only have 3 days, it is too late to get help from exercising. You may want to start taking soluble fiber such as that found in Metamucil. I would go with anywhere from 9 grams to 15 grams a day in divided doese. This can help a little. Listen to 1toke and bone up on dilution.

Yeah did forget my hieght is 5'9" and I have been exercising every day for about a month....running 2 miles a day

Stop running for the next 3 days then! You are burning the THC metabolite stores but those metabolites are ending up in your urine. No offense but 185 is a little high for 5'9" unless that is all muscle mass so being dirty at 30 days isn't that odd. Add the soluble fiber.

I do have a good amount of muscle mass and would not consider myself overweight for my body type. If I stop exercising it will lower the THC matabolites in urine??

Yes, THC is fat soluble so you can experience higher levels THC metabolism if you exercise (aerobic). Those metabolites end up in the blood then urine. Slow the metabolism of the THC down and you decrease the amount in the urine. You will be dirty longer but it is recommended to get lazy before a urine test if you are dirty. I have to ask if you read the home test right. Most negative home tests are 2 lines, the control and the line for THC.

Yeah Im pretty sure I read test right....Just took another about half an hour ago...also came up positive. One line for test and no line for THC which according to instructions means positive result...Getting real nervous need to pass this test

I have been taking more home tests last few days. I seem to fail with first urine of the day (very very fait line hard to see unless in perfect light) However took second test after voiding again without any diluting and passed. Any thoughts on my chances of passing with dilution method??
