does niacin work? 2 of my stoner friends who smoked everyday had to take a piss test cuz they got in trouble and they said all they did was take 1 pill of niacin and drink alot of water, and they had to go through a hot,itchy sensation for a whole day and piss alot but they said it gets all the drugs out of ur system and one even smoked on the day of the test after he took the niacin (it takes 24 hours for drugs to show up after use) and they passed.
they like swear by niacin...but all over the internet all i can get is " it works on occasions " or " if u passed a drug test after using niacin, it wasnt the niacin it was a coincidince, was surely not the niacin " and " people think niacin works because it makes u dehydrate making the need for more water to be ingetseted making the belief that more toxins are flushed out quicker " i was like wtf...does anyone here swear by niacin? or does anyone here say its not reliable as well? please help

The Niacin myth is just that. A myth. It will not flush out toxins. Nothing but time and exercise will rid your body of THC metabolites.

What I would like to know is why in the hell you asked this question and then 23 minutes later told kt420 to use this method and that it worked. I would suggest if you don't know what you are talking about, to NOT give advice to someone else.
Do a search using the search feature and find your answers and please refrain from giving false advice to someone that is trying to pass for a job. Your a fucking up their life by doing that.

Three things, it is the water that is helping them pass, it takes about 4-8 hours for drugs to show up in urine after use, not 24 hours, and listen to what 1tokeoverthelin said. If you don't know what you are saying is true then don't give advice. This part of the forum is very serious because jobs and freedom and custody of children often depend on drug tests.

like i only said that to her as an added thing like its not like taking niacin will increase your chances of failing. some people like me will do anything to pass a test

I don't know if you think everybody on this site is a burned out pot head and don't remember what you posted or what. No you didn't say it would increase her chance of failing you said it was:

and that is bullshit. It won't decrease her chances and it's not quaranteed to make her pass either.

It will decrease her chances of passing by taking information from you that isn't so.

I don't hate and I don't appreciate false information to someone depending on a job to make a living.

As a rule of thumb, I tend to ignore any advice that begins:

My brother...
My friends...
My best friend's brother's girlfriend's cousin....

If it isn't first hand information, I don't listen to it.
