Hey, I might have to take a drug test around the 22nd and the last time I smoked was Dec. 11th. For the last couple of months I have been smoking regularly (almost once per day), but before this I had only smoked about twice. I weigh 180 lbs, am about 5'11 and have been taking creatine for about a year as part of my excercise regimen which has consisted of lifting weights about 5 times per week for the last two years. Also, for the last few days I have been drinking about 1 and a half gallons of liquid (mostly water). I am unsure whether this will increase my chances of clearing my system so any information on this would be much appreciated. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on steps to take in order to increase my chances of passing. Also, if anyone has ever been rehired for a position at Genuardi's Food Stores recently, could you tell me whether you were subject to a test? Finally, I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not Genuardi's recently changed their drug test from an oral one to urine as upon my initial hire I was subject to an oral test. However, I have recently heard of others failing the drug test at the store I work at which leads me to believe it may now be urine. Any replies would be appreciated very much. Thanks.

You should do some more reading on this site. It is plastered everywhere that drinking gallons of water way before the test day doesn't help. People also ask that same question, what can I do to speed things up and it gets the same response. Then read the dilution thread and then the substitution thread. This is my favorite method.

Ok, Ive been doing alot of reading on this site, most especially the directions on dilution. I was wondering if it would be possible to get an estimate on my chances of passing the test if I do dilute.

Get some home tests and test yourself while diluting. That would give you your answer.

Of course, I would suggest you get the home tests from a couple of different sources, and different brands. You never know if a supplier has stored them properly or not. Freezing or exposure to extreme high temps can ruin a test.
