Look at it this way...

If a businessman pays for drug tests for 50 employees for over 5 years, and no one ever fails, do you think he might begin to feel he is wasting his money?

If just one employee per year fails a drug test, he feels he is doing his business a service and will continue to utilize drug testing.

Dude, get a good attorney and clean up your act. Get through your legal troubles and stop smoking. Once you're done with your legal troubles you can decide what to do from there but quiting is not difficult, it's all in your head.

If you are going to be busted because of this pending test I would simply face the reality of it and stop the denial. If this is going to be a long probation just be stong and get through it.

If you get a good attorney, or a simpithetic one, just ask for more time. Use the time wisely and quit the habit (it is not an addiction, it is simply a habit). If you appeal to the courts that you sincerely want to stop and are willing to be tested so that you can prove it is leaving your body I would recommend that you just take a deep breath of smokeless air and quit until this is behind you.

Many pot smokers who are in trouble with the courts and get tested weekly are in no trouble IF the metabolites are truly lessoning from one test to the next.

Seek legal advice if you really are in deep trouble. That's what good defense attorney's are there for.
