ok, i've been reading for a couple days now the advise everyone has given out. AND theres been a lot out good feedback soo i'm HOPING that you can help me out!

OKAY, im a female, which many of the people seeking advice are not. I weigh about.. 100-105 ish? I'm about 5'1.5''. I'm obviously a little girl, so im assuming my metobolic rate is some what high? I don't really get the chance of working out like i use to since im at school 7 hours of the day and thenn work until 730 right after. I'm 17 years old. annd ive been smoking for abouuut... 3 years? or so, maybe approaching 4. I was never really a heavy smoker before the summer, i started smoking everyday.... all day.

I have a drug test coming up, just an at home test, "FDA APPROVED" blahblha, ive already taken it, i failed. obviously since it had only been 5 days of me being clean.


I have to take another one the day after christmas, which would be 28 days of me clean of marijuana. some poeple say water doesnt work? some poeple say it does, so im just gunna stay safe and drink 2 gallons a day for a about a week (until my test). I DONT KNOW. i really need to pass this. IVE BEEN GOING CRAZY!

what do you all think!>??!?!?! Please help me outtt guysssss.

If you have been reading then you should know the answer about drinking and drinking before the test. There is a right answer and a wrong answer. I think you may need to do some more reading. EVerything you need to help you is repeated about 5 times a day everyday.

well, after reading everything, everyone is controdicting one other, so i'm a bit confused.

my question was giving me the correct information. or else i wouldn't of wasted my time posting this in the first place.

ALSO:
i haven't been able to find anyone with the same background as me, with my weight, and the fact that i'm a female? ha, i dont really know what makes a difference. everything ive read, most are men that are fairly large compared to me.

Ok, well the people who know the correct answer about fluids are all in harmony on this answer while the ones who don't know any better all help to perpetuate the rumor the myth the legend. How can one tell the difference between those who know and those who think they know? Look at a member's join date, number of posts, how many times they have been thanked, and their green reputation boxes. There are several people who always answer this question about "does lots of fluids help clean me out quicker?" That group who always says no includes Grillmeats, Nerphroll, Sec3, Buzzby, 1tokeovertheline, Fakeboobsrule, LewScannon, several others and myself. Not only can you look at one's vital stats to see if they know what they are talking about but they usually back their answer on fluids with hard scientific fact, not things like "well I heard" or "someone said this" or "my cousin drank all week long and passed."

3 new posters, 3 new people who think they can clean themselves out by drinking lots of fluids. I guess I could have included your post, the guy last night who wants to drink vinegar and cranberry juice, and the 3-5 posts today alone about "what can I do to clean myself out quicker." The people who answer this question about water or fluids with a yes usually will start talking about herbal teas, green teas, cleansing herbs, and detox programs. They have usually been here for a week and their first post was "I have been drinking a ton of water for the last few days, is this helping." Even though they don't know the correct answer to the water question, in a way they are keeping the myth alive or confusing people. They don't last long but the "damage" is done. Check out a recent example.

Like I said before the regulars will tell you no it doesn't help while the new people will say yes. The regulars are in the know and that is what makes them regulars. The answer is a resounding no.
