I have a drug test in 11 days, stop smoking Saturday morning. I didnt smoke for three days piror to that and before then i smoked daily, probably .2 of a gram a day. I Weigh 156 and im about 6'1" and im pretty cut, meaning i work out almost daily. Im wondering if using a Steam room and a sauna will help me sweat out the THC at all since ive been using both daily for the past 4 days. Also i still have been working out daily and this will most likely be a lab test for court. Any more ideas i should use besides "water" since i dont want to delliute my test what so ever.?

Why dont you want to dilute...I just passed mine today using dilution and I smoked last Monday.

Thanks for defining cut, I would have never figured it out. Then in a classic case of irony, you misspelled dilute. I answered almost this exact same question yesterday. Sweating really doesn't cause a huge rise in THC elimination. If you are dirty and you don't sub or dilute, you are going to fail. You realize the goal of dilution is to lower THC concentrations yet not to increase water content so much that you fail validity testing. You need to read the dilution and substitution threads and possibly invest in some home tests.
