First, here's a link to my post from yesterday.

I took those two other home tests in the afternoon/evening. So I decided to try the "first void," and this time with another brand of test. Bottom line -- I failed it. There was an extremely faint line (and I do mean extremely faint), but I don't see it as passing.

The good news: I can wait one more week. At that point, I'll have been clean for 18 days. I realize I won't be giving the lab my first void, which is has the heaviest levels. But still ... clearly this means the metabolites are there at a detectable level.

So my revised plan is to buy two more home tests (the brand i failed, preferably, or maybe one of each with the other brand). I'm going to work out like a demon for the next four days, then lay off after that. Will also eat a high fiber/low fat diet as much as possible, though that will be hard on Christmas! I'll do a dry run with the dilution method -- aspirin, B complex, etc. -- and take the test again. A few days later, I'll try first void again.

My boyfriend swears by something he used from GNC a couple of years ago, but I just don't trust it ... I'll try it as a last resort if I'm still not clean next week. (I'm not sure what product, we'll have to go together to look. He thinks it was goldenseal but doesn't remember exactly.)

Does anyone know if fat burners can help in the meantime? I take (ephedra-free) Hydroxycut sometimes, I thought about taking those to burn off some of the fat cells.

Any further advice much appreciated ...

The test I used, btw, was the Phamatech "AtHome" 5-panel test. I previously used the "First Check" THC-only test.

You are close to passing depending on the time of day but if you can put it off do so. Goldenseal root, useless.

substitute! the whizzinator makes a female product - to which I would think is even easier to use than the male product.

I've been posting a lot today because I used this message board to study up on dilution but ended up buying a whizzinator. They overnight it to you and it well worth the money.

If you have any sense of personal privacy behind your concern I recommend substitution and call the people at whizzinator.com and they will set your mind at ease.

Americanprivacy; Not all situations are right for substitution. They are not all employment tests, and even some employment tests are observed (return-to-duty or some situations where you previously fucked up). The whizzinator, if seen at a drug test is an instant observed test after the whizzinator is taken from you and confiscated (they are illegal in most states when used to attempt to beat a drug test). Some people are actually giving specific advice to specific questions. The whizzinator is not the be all, end all answer.

Taking an all-natural supplement to increase your metabolism for 4 days might help but it will be a very tiny bit of help. With that said there's no reason not to get every bit of help you can. It will increase your metabolism and help burn fat. Just remember like working out that you want to stop the release of fat prior to the test. Switch from releasing fat to storing it as much as you can.


Also ... don't worry about taking a B-complex or aspirin for your own home test. Save it for the real thing. You won't report yourself for adulteration if the color of your urine is off (B-complex) and it won't go through lab screening either (aspirin). AND again, with that said I do suggest to you that you take a B-complex and multi-vitamin for the rest of your life.

Thanks for the advice. Americanprivacy, I don't think I need to go the Whizzinator route, and i feel like that's more danger/trouble than it's worth in this case. It will have been 18 days since I smoked (with a couple of weeks off before that) by the time I take my test, and dilution should get me through, especially since I've passed home tests. (At least, the ones I've taken later in the day.) Explicit, I just wanted to do a "test run" with the aspirin/B-complex to see how it all turned out ... and to ease the jitters. I do take a strong multi every day.

Do not eat a low fat diet--in fact, stuff your face with Twinkies. THC stores in fat cells, so if you are working out/eating low fat diet and are not smoking, you will still test positive for thc. Sit on your butt and eat whatever you want.
