Well, by now I have read that niacin doesn't help with anything.
I don't have a test in my near future, but I anticipate having one in roughly 20 days if the right job comes up. I have been abstaining for about 35 days and recently tested at a level of 148. I would like to do everything that I can to completely clean out my system permanently. So I am here to ask the experts for their advice: I am exercising on a treadmill and shooting hoops to try to burn some fat. Do you recommend anything else to help flush out my system? Again, I know the niacin isn't proven to work, but is there anything else on a day to day basis that you would recommend that I consume?

Soluble fiber can help too, not a lot of help but it can help.

yes..went to a lab on my own so I knew exactly where I stand. I plan to return in another 7 days to see where I am. I am finished gambling with my future.

I searched for a true cleanse and the only product I found that claims to purge the toxins stored in fat is "Ultimate detox & cleanse" by Michael's Naturopathic Programs, purchased at my local Wild Oats market.

Bentonite is a well known toxin remover, via the stool. I use Great Plains Bentonite by Yerba Prima - also found at Wild Oats.

Lots of vegetables and fiber is important as you will see weight loss in as much as the first day or two. So eat healthy while taking these detox pills (a 2 week process). I must admit that I felt amazing while taking both the pills and bentonite - only once a day with the bentonite for me

THC metabolites are stored in body fat, gradually leach into your bloodstream, and are eliminated almost exclusively in your urine.

How could bentonite possibly have any effect on the THC metabolite levels in your body fat and urine? It never touches either of them.

The only way to get THC metabolites out of your body is time and fat-burning exercise.
