Yeah, im not too keen on these methods where you have to do stuff for like 2-4 days before and have all these things to do. Is there an easier way?

not sure what exactly you are talking about, probably dilution. if you do any research on this site, you will learn there is only two methods to passing a urine test. dilution and substitution. im sorry, but if you want to pass your test, the only way is to follow these methods to a tee. read the substitution sticky. maybe you will be lucky and wont be observed. substitution is the method i prefer, and have used it many times. otherwise, if you dont like to follow instructions, the only other way to pass a test would be to quit smoking and wait till your body is clean before a test. this could take up to 90 days or so, depending on your metabolism. sorry , there is no easy way around this.

needgreen is correct and if you decide to abstain the only way to tell if you are clean is a home test or a lab test.
