I am subject to an "on the spot random". When I show up to work, my boss can have a supervisor drive me to a Quest lab first thing after I punch in. I like to smoke a lot, so dilution is not an option.

I own a whizzinator. It's a little overkill since the tests aren't supervised, but at least it'll keep the temperature perfect. How's this option sound:

I wear the whizzinator to work, but keep it filled with water. I keep the synthetic urine (sealed, and still powder) and heat pack (sealed) with me. If I get hit, I'll somehow find a way (make an excuse to step away for a second) to put the heat pack on before getting in the supervisor's truck.

Then, in the privacy of Quest's bathroom I dump the powder in the collection cup, fill with the water from my whizzer, cup with my hand, and swirl until mixed.

Anyone see a problem?

One thing I just realized is I think they need 60 cc (can someone verify??). Directions for making urine is 80 to 120cc. I guess I'd have to make sure and use a little more than half the powder instead of the whole thing.

I've got a much better idea. Check it out. If you are willing to wear the Whizz all day every day then buy synthetic urine and keep it in the Whizz instead of water. Quick Fix is good for about 18 months and can be reheated over and over again. Save the powder urine for another time. If you have been wearing the Whizz from when you leave the house till arrival at the lab, your body heat may be enough. Practice with water today at home and see if the water is up to temp after about an hour or so.

I've been practicing. Wearing whiz overnight got temp to 94, but generally it stays around 92. This is fine for Quest (form says 90-100), but of course it could raise suspicion. It is good to know that if I can't get away to slap on a heat pack, I should still be fine.

Puck's urine says it'll grow bacteria if reheated causing a failed test. Only good for 8 hours once mixed. What is different about quick fix that this won't happen?

Simple, Quick Fix is synthetic urine, Puck's is dehydrated real urine. Stick quick fix into your favorite search engine as well as the MJ search engine and learn more about this wonderful product. You may want to look for some posts by member Hawg. He is in a simliar situation as you.

There is nothing they can do to you if the sample is 92 degrees everytime as long as the range is 90-100. That is why it is called an accepted range. Some use 92-98 and the only thing I would worry about there is that by the time you zip up the sample may drop a degree in the cup (because that cup will probably be a little colder than the urine and it will cool the urine) before you can hand it to them. 92 in a 90-100 range would probably be safe from this danger.

Puck's web site says urine is synthetic, not real as you're saying.

If people seem to recommend quick fix... and they've reheated it a bunch of times and still passed (has anyone???)... it definitely sounds like a much better option. I could be safe and replace my supply with some sort of regularity. (Every shift would be too expensive, so Puck is out for that plan.)

I'm going for a test this week (that's why I bought the whiz), so I'll premix the Puck powder for that one. But I'll definitely consider this other option when ordering refills to do the plan discussed here. And I'll look up those searches you told me about.. Thanks!

I'm beginning to get so confident that I might smoke some holiday cheer. What have I got to lose? If I fail the test using the fake stuff, I'll be just as fucked as failing for using my own dirty urine. (I was gonna clean so I could freeze a shitload of my own supply... but that's a little disgusting. Imagine trying to explain that one to a date who happens to open my freezer!)

Wow, you're right. Thank you, I have thought for the last 2 years that is was dehydrated real urine. Apparently the Quick Fix has some preservative that prevents bacterial growth that doesn't affect lab tests or the liquid itself doesn't support the growth of bacteria. You know it isn't sugar water but most liquids that sit around for 18 months have a chance of growing something. Whichever, Quick Fix is still stable for 18 months and can be reused over and over again.

If you go with the freezer option you still have the problem that once you fill the whizzinator with your clean urine it may be good for about 2 days max (maybe 3 if you stuck the whizz in the frig when you got home each day) then you have to dispose of the urine, clean the whizz, refill. That would go through your supply quickly. If you do want to freeze some use an opaque container or a container that should have a yellow liquid in it like an orange juice container.

If you are going to sub, smoke away. That is the beauty of subbing.

Do a search on google.com keying in on Quick Fix synthetic urine. There you should have no problem finding a vendor offering the QF at a reasonable price.

Ok, I got a bunch of Quick Fix from urineluck. Probably a little expensive, but piece of mind knowing its from manufacturer. So, I figure my original plan is a little overboard. I may try finding a way to stitch a pocket for the quick fix bottles on the inside of my work pants. (Imagine getting hurt or sick at work and being rushed to the hospital with a fake dick filled with fake urine?? I'll save the full battle armor for when I know there's a battle to be fought)

Since I figure it'd be a little uncomfortable to tape the bottle to my groin or armpit and work the day like that, is there anywhere to get a bulk of heat pads for cheap. I'd spend 50 cents a day for piece of mind. Since I'm in no rush, I got time to experiment with different brands and stuff for the one that gets the temp perfect.

Puck's urine was successfully delivered to quest. So far I heard nothing from anyone, but I'll give it to next year before I brag about my pass! Although I've been so tempted to ask my boss if I passed!

Also, I'm taking creative suggestions for answering the question, "Why do you have two bottles of some yellow liquid with a temperature strip and a heating pad on them stitched to the inside of your work pants?"

Kid's science project maybe? But what?
