Ok info on me I am 6'3" 180 lbs fast metabolism male don't smoke very often . I took a few hits of a roach joint almost 2 weeks ago the last time I smoked has been almost 2 months ago. I am on probation and will more then likely have a test in about a week. Wondering if just drinking water to dilute my urine will work or if I even have to worry much about it. If I fail I end up going to do a 120 day drug treatment in prison. The test used will be one of those instant sticks they dip into the cup. Any info or insight will put my mind at easy. I have been a daily smoker in the pass for almsot 25 years but as we all know old habits can be hard to break when around a group of friends smoking one up

You should be OK. But if you want to feel safe, dilute. That's all you have to do. From the instant tests that I have taken, all that I needed to do was dilute. I passed. You may also want to invest in some b-2 vitamins to give your piss a nice yellow color. Take 20-30 mg. an hour or so before the test. If they are time release, crush them up and take them that way. Well I had a little extra money left over from Christmas. So I went to Walgreens and bought me a home test kit. For extra insurance I have been taking multi-herb from Natures secret the last few days I have had it in my bathroom for almost a year and forgot I had it. Did home test this morning with first void and pass. I will go ahead and take multi-herb the next couple day and test on monday. I should pass with flying colors.
