ok, sorry to post yet ANOTHER test thread, but i've been through the others and there's so much to read and i'm not sure how much i need to do to test negative. i'm in the military (stupid mistake number 1) and i can get popped for random tests. i've never known anyone who has in 2 years of being here, but i would rather take some precautionary measures. here is some info which you may need to know about me:

- 170cm
- 70kg's
- i do a fair bit of exercise
- i take creatine in fair dosages cos i gym 4 days a week
- my diet is fairly healthy and i drink heaps of water or tea
- i smoke only 1 cone of average weed about once or twice a week
- smoked for about 3 months (before that it was about 3 years)

should i be too worried? can anyone recommend a place in australia i can get a home test kit from? i really don't want to stop cos my job is shit and very stressful (and i've got another 4 years!!). any help would be greatly appreciated!

thanks for the help. i'm guessing you were being sarcastic with the Vegemite comment, i had no idea you could just buy them from any old drug store.
