OK all, I know I'm driving this into the ground (see my first two posts), but just like everyone else who's visited this forum, I have a lot on the line for passing my pre-employment screen tomorrow. First, an update. I took two more home tests, one on my first void this morning, and passed both. Yippee. I even purposely let myself get a bit dehydrated over the last couple of days so I could make sure nothing was "throwing it off." I want to give myself some extra room, though I'm not sure I really need to do full-on dilution (and I'm actually afraid the sample will come back diluted and cause more trouble than necessary). I recall reading something on this board about partial dilution, but can't find anything through a search. So ... think I'd be OK just taking a good load of aspirin (four or five) and leaving it at that? I bought creatine and B complex supplements as well, so I am prepared. I might also load up on the Gatorade tonight and tomorrow (though not to excess), and take some creatine with it too. But, again, I don't want to cause problems if they aren't there, so maybe I should just stick strictly with the aspirin and just drink some water plus Gatorade to keep the sodium levels up (plus the vitamins to make sure the color comes out OK). Last time I'll post on this, I promise ... and I will share my results.

im in the same exact situation as you, and looking to do the same exact thing. test is tomorrow... i would really like to know what constitutes a "mild dilution" would it be 1/2 or 1/2 of the recommended dilution process in the sticky?

Jimmyjames yes, winner winner chicken dinner. Half, mild, slight (etc) dilution would be all the aspirin and half the liquid (according to the IamN2Pot method), which still should be a sports drink. Remember, Vitamin B-2 is not necessary as color alone will not be grounds for a failed sample. Good to do though if you have an instant test. Creatinine would be a good idea still to be safe and not sorry. The S2 method calls for a lot more liquid so go with about half the liquid in the IamN2Pot formula.

(2) 20 ounce Gatorades are getting close to the beginning of dilution. That may be too much depending on how long before the test and if you are going to drink to replace what you void. Maybe cut back some on the initial dose or do not replace what you void. Not sure what you are doing.
