I have to take a drug test sometime next week for my parents. It is an instant drug test. I used to be an everyday smoker for about 3 or 4 months and then I quit for a week about a week ago. My last time smoking was yesterday morning. I've done some research on dilution and other things. I'm 5'7 about 175 and exercise moderately. What do you guys think I should do in this situation? Thanks in advance.

Dilution would be my first suggestion.

Maybe come clean and tell them you smoke?

Just an idea...........
