Hi, I did not want to cheat or substitute my urine.
Im 5"7 200lb or less. Average to good metabolism.
On xmas eve I smoked, which is exactly 7 days from today, I did it durring the night. Before that, I had not smoked for about 2-4 weeks. I was a heavy smoker for years before that.

I believe I will probably have an interview sometime this week or early next week. So we can say It will probably be about 2 weeks since I had smoked durring the interview. A few days after the interview I will have a drug test. Im not sure which brand, but it will be a urine test.

What are the principals for detoxing ones body?

Vitamins?
Supplements?
Diet?
Excersie?

I take a daily multi vit.
I normally go all raw or vegan food.
I do about 1/2 hour with weights in the morning. I can start up double days in the morning and in the night, and I can run if need be.

Ive heard that im supposed to stop exercising a few days before the test. Any reason?
