I used to smoke weed for a year and then I was put on court supervision and have to take drug tests monthly. Over break I smoked from December 19th - December 30th pretty heavily(varied daily and not every day, more than not) The last day i smoked before xmas break was august 28th 2006. I have to take a Urine test on the 17th of January. I am 5'8" weigh 150 lbs and have 12% body fat, been workin out 4 days a week and since i smoked I have been running 2 days a week for about 30 minutes on those days for about 2 weeks now. I drink water heavily and was taking a creatine supplement for weightlifting. I also have heard that THC is stored in fat and that is why I have ran a little more than usual. I have heard that THC can only be found in your urine if it is yellow and the yellow comes from the creatine in the urine(clarify this for me plz). I have heard Niacin(heart health pill) also would help reduce the THC in your urine/body. Please give me some advice or asses my situation. Thank you for your time.

THC is stored in fat. Everything else that you wrote after that statement is wrong. The part about your urine has to be yellow to test positive for THC is so wrong it is funny. Do some reading on this site for a while because most of the answers to your questions are already here. Thanks for defining what niacin is but try this instead, it is vitamin B-2.

I wasn't necessarily stating that these things are correct, more like I was asking. I have been doing some reading and am learning a few tips/things about this situation. Do you think i should keep taking the creatine supplement up untill the test to increase the amount of THC released? Also heard that it is recommended to stop working out a week before your test so the THC becomes "Buried" in your fat cells. Let me know what you guys think, pass or fail if i don't dilute. Also I've been reading about the rolaids/aspirin dilution, do you know if that is picked up on probation/court supervision, my court supervision lady usually asks me if I have taken any medicine that day.

Same drill as everyone. Read the dilution sticky. Buy a home test. Test your first piss of the day. Stop exercising 4-5 days before the test. Follow the dilution method carefully. Read some more. Read some more. Stop smoking dope until you won't be tested. Read some more. It's all here and free for the taking.

I already have a home drug test i was gunna take on the 15th, should i dilute that one and see if I pass or should I just see if i pass with no dilution and if I don't then piss first thing on the 16th w/ the dilution method to see if I pass? I also plan on doing the rolaids/aspirin dilution if I do dilute, will this come up on a police/court supervision drug test as trying to mess w/ the results or anything?

I understood that was info passed on to you and not your own crazy theories. The info was still wrong.
Creatine has no effect on the rate your body releases THC.

Sounds like you got a plan and no it won't show up. Good luck. Make sure to follow the instructions for dilution very carefully. More isn't better.......
