ok heres the story:
basicly I got caught in a pranking house incident dont wanna explain because thats not why im here. well anyways, i was talking to my friend who has been to jail a few times and has had to deal with cops before and he told me the most i could possibly get is probation but i will most likely just get cummunity service. the event happend october 27 2006 and i have not a clue in the world when my court date is but if i get probation im most likely gunna get a piss test possibly a hair test but i dont know. im an occasional smoker i prolly smoke 3 joints worth in a month if not less and i usualy do 1 joint or less everyweekend with my friends or by my self. i decided im going to quit the begening of febuary and start again after my punishments over. what im planning to do is below:

every month
take 1 niacin pill per day along with 3-4 glasses of water a day every day for the first week of the month.
after thats done,
ill drink 1 glass of water and 1 glass of cranberry juice a day for 1-2 weeks
then i'll do the macju method or how ever its spelled (you know with the clean and clear+tide+vinegar+aloe rid shampoo and treatment+conditoner)
ill do that method for 2 days and then get a hair cut at the end of the month
ill also be showering with aloe rid shampoo every other day or so from now to all the way up untill court punishments over.

^^ill do all that everymonth for 3 months and i should be granteed clean, but on the day of the test or/and court date im gunna do the macju method and drink a SHIT LOAD of water along with taking a bunch of b-12 so the piss will be altered - im not sure if the b12 thing is nescesary but should i do it for the heck of it anyhow?
i just wanted to post this to see what other people thought

I think you should read the stickies at the tops of the urine testing forum and find out how dilution protocols really work. Then you'd know that what you plan to do is not going to be very effective. Niacin doesn't do a damn thing and B12 is not the B vitamin that will impart a yellow color to your urine.

If you have even a slight clue that you are going to be drug tested, which it sounds like you do. You better stop smoking now. Not the beginning of February.
Follow Buzzby's advice and if you are serious about passing any drug test. Stop smoking.

who told you that? just people online? or have you actualy tested this method? because i have a bunch of friends who take niacin every time they have to go to court and they always pass there test

1. if its not that b vitamin then what is?
2. where did you here that at?
3. i heard you had to use b-12 from plenty of people on this site

It is always a friend or a brother in law or a cousin's girlfriend or something like that. There aren't any real first hand claims that niacin will help. Besides, it has been said many times over the only thing niacin does for you in regards to drug testing is give you a hot flash.

No one said you couldn't pass on your own without any help from vitamins, niacin, detoxifyers, shampoos, juices or whatever else you may have heard helps. What we are saying is what we have learned over many years of doing this.

I am glad you know how to pass the drug test even if you don't know how to find your court date.

I have read over the dilution sticky's and noticed that the volumes of water are not close to the amount that should be used to dilute properly. Using 5 ounce intervals the amount of water needed to give a negative test from a positive test subject without decreasing creatinine levels to abnormal limits is 105 ounces (on average). There are also known tested dilution enhancers which would decrease the amount of water needed by ingestion to about 70 ounces. Where are all the scientist at.
