|  The Wait..... First, thanks to all who come here and share knowledge. I'm sure it's been said before, but this site is IMHO the best out there for useful and valid information. I recently joined the sub club using info gleaned here and I'll post my results when I get the call. I subbed using QF and N2's warming method and my sample temp was good to go! Seriously folks, you don't need to microwave, boil, etc to get the QF up to temp, crotch it with 2 pair of tighty whities for about an hour and when you're ready your sub will be ready too. I would also advise getting a digital thermometer (for home practice) and practice, practice, practice. Good luck and I'll be in touch soon... |

| Good post and I agree about it being a good site. If your sample passed for temp, you should be posting your results soon and getting a famous GrillMeats chicken dinner.  |
