I have a piss test in 10 days to leave for the airforce. I need a way to clean my body out, no substitutions. They actually watch you while you pee, so it has to be clean! I was considering flash flooding my system with water/exercise. I don't smoke a lot at a time, just chronically. Usually 1-2 bowls worth a day, have smoked for the past month everyday.

If I drink about 2-3 gallons of water a day, and go running 2 times a day, think it'll clean out of my system?

Already work out, running 2 times a week 45 minutes each time.

Alright, info updated.

I'm going to get a home drug test and use it 2 days before hand to estimate my level.

Think I should start taking Niacin? Would it help clean in over one week?

i was recently drug tested...i was preparing myself for a urine test but later found out i had a hair test! i passed but in my efforts to pass a urine test i went to the Vitamin Shoppe and i just straight up told them i need to clean my urine for a drug test this girl i talked to recommended "the Liquid Stuff" its about $30 so its not cheap but i guess she said she had friends that have passed drug tests with it...

but if you do buy this and use it this is VERY important from what i hear...is to follow the directions to the T...no mistakes do it exactly as it says because i guess some people failed by not following the damn directions correctly!

i hear it works and it probably would be worth the $30 in the long run...

for sure go to the drug store and buy one of those home drug kits though there about $15 just so you know where your at before you go through all the trouble or drinking 50 gallons of water and running everywhere
