myxomatosis

I have a test coming this week or next for a new job. I have not smoked anything for about 5 weeks up to this point. Prior to, heavy smoker.. between my girl and I, about a blunt a day. I have a very high metabolism. I'm 5'8" and about 120 pounds at MOST.

I am not really concerned about the THC, as I figure that should be out of my system by now, seeing as it's 35 days and, again, my metabolism is high. I was pretty confident until I mentioned to a friend of mine that I had been drinking a lot of beer since I quit the smoke. About 3 or 4 nightly. He said that this would cause my kidneys to retain toxins and may casue a positive on the test. Has anyone heard of this?

Also, I believe my test will be administered by SECON. The very limited information I can find indicates that this would be a standard urinalysis, not a hair test. Does anyone here have any experience with this company?

Any response about the testing co or the beer would be greatly appreciated.

There is no evidence that drinking beer causes you to "retain toxins". THC metabolites, BTW, are neither toxic nor intoxicating.
