Alright, I've done a little reading and I'm on my way to do some more but thought I'd give my question now, as I'll probably ask it eventually anyways..

I was a heavy smoker, by heavy I mean 1-2 grams per day of Kind bud, for about a year. The last time I smoked like that was January 2nd. On January 11th I smoked a gram. On the 14th and 15th I had probably .5 grams total between both days, if that. Today the 19th I also smoked a gram. I do not have a drug test until February 3rd at the very earliest, probably more like the middle of February for employment reasons.

I am 6' tall, 170 pounds (thin but got a little gut). My understanding is that by proper diet, and some exercise I can get this out of my system in time. However I was also wondering that if GNC or any other nutrition stores sell body detoxifiers that will assist in cleansing my system. I have seen ones specifically for marijuana detox on the internet but I do not have access to a credit card. Also, are there any stores that sell self testing supplies?

This is my suggestion. Stop smoking now.

I weigh 125 pounds, very light... I smoked like you did, and I have a high metabolism. It took me 35 days to get clean before a drug test. I was high every second of every day for almost two years. I don't anymore, but its not about me now... anyways, yeah, I'd stop now if I were you. Drink a lot of water. My suggestion is maybe drink an energy drink a day. Lots of vitamins. Dunno if that actually works but it did for me.

Yeah, I buy my drug tests from Walmart. Called Self-Check Drug tests or something like that. They are pretty accurate and reliable. Kind of on the pricey side though... but if it saves your ass, then I'd suggest spending the extra money to get a good test.

Read and follow the dilution recommendations or the substitution recommendations in the sticky threads at the top of this forum.

Home drug tests from drug stores cost $15 - 20 each. For $20 you can get a stack of 10 home drug tests from eBay.

Detox products are simply a very expensive and less effective way of doing a dilution.
