I took about 3 or 4 hits or dirt weed Friday night. Had to drop the next day. Went in at 4:45 pm. All day I drank TONS of water, coffee and pop. I worked out for an hour, heavy cardio. From 2 to 4:30 I peed 10 to 15 times and kept drinking the whole time. I'm curious what the chances of having a positive are? I'm not too concerned about dilution to the point of not being able to test it because they will make me come back and I can prepare for that. I was just caught off guard on this one. Any advice?

Forgot to mention: I work out 5 to 6 days a week for 1 to 2 hours a day, eat pretty healthy. Am very casual smoker. Might take 1 hit once or twice a month of kind nugs but only 1 hit. Have pretty high metabolism and not a lot of body fat. I'm 5'2" 150 lbs but solid, mostly muscle. I lift and do cardio daily.

I can guess, but so can you, and we would both be just as accurate.
Next time, keep a couple of home tests on hand. If you are caught off guard again, take a home test as soon as possible after "dropping" for the real test. That way, you will have a good idea what your test result will probably be.

my guess is it will probably be diluted and I will have to retest which is ok by me. I took a home test today and passed. Where I test they always make us retest on a dilute.
