Well heres my problem I need to get a physical for High school water polo team. Its been about 2 1/2 weeks since i lasted smoked all i usually drink is water put ive uped it a little bit. I work out atleast 3 to 4 times a week. I was planning on making a apointment for the physical when next saturday comes along which is 4 weeks. Im 17 years old about 6 foot weight about 230 just woundering on what my chances of passing are and any tips would be appericated

Get a home test, they cost between 15-20 bucks. You can buy them at any walmart, CVS.. some place like that. The tests are accurate. If you see a line, any line... even if its faint, you are negative.

It all depends on how often you smoke and how much you smoked since you last quit. Get a drug test immediately and test yourself to see where you are at. If no line, you can substitute or dillute. Check the stickys to see where you are at.

now when you say negative do you mean i failed the personnal test?

Negative = Pass

Positive = Fail


If you pass a home drug test, you will pass at your work. As long as they do the piss test that is. Remember, any line, even a very faint line means you passed the test. If you see a faint line, I'd suggest to be on the safe side that you dillute your sample.

alright thank you ive been a little worried about it but when ismoked it wouldnt be all that much maybe 3 or 4 hits off a bowl and would almost be 2 weeks in between everytime i smoked

I would put money on it that you would be clean, or very close to being clean by now. I really wouldn't sweat it. Depends on your weight and metabolism though. Still... I suggest buying a home drug test and see where you are at so you relieve some stress. If you aren't clean... you can either substitute urine or dillute your sample like I have said.

Are you sure they are drug testing you. At my school you just have the doctor sign a paper saying you had a normal physical. During those physicals you pee in a cup, but it's not a drug test, it's a test for health stuff. They can't drug test you without you or your parents requesting it. I've smoked the morning of those physicals. THen I giggle when I get told to not smoke ciggarettes or use drugs.
