I smoked about a half a joint 2 times a day from dec 26th to jan 1st... before that the last time i smoked was in june of 06.... I am about 260lbs and 5'10".

I got a job offer the other day and they want me to start tomorrow! They told me that they will do a drug test but they didnt say what kind...I assume that it will be a urine test but i really dont know. I bought home urine test kits the other day and so far i took 3 of them since yesterday... every time i got a neg result (the pink line was really light 3 of the times, does this matter?). I also found the test'in hair enhancer, shampoo, and hair splash that i had from last year when i had a worry about a drug test but i didnt need it. What are the chances i will have a hair test??? also how accurate are those home urine tests??? I plan to go buy the aloe-rid stuff and use that a lot tonight...as well as do the test in stuff early tomorrow morning...which is when i think the test will be... please let me know asap... THANKS!!!

The home tests are accurate. If you see a line, any line, no matter if its faint or not. You are negative. But to be on the safe side, I'd suggest dillution. You can check out the sticky on this page about dillution and how to do it. I didn't dillute that way though. I just dilluted with pee, and I had a faint line and still passed.

You'll be fine. Don't stress.

You could have a hair test, urine test, saliva test, or a blood test. Since there are 4 tests commonly used that would give you a 25% chance of having a hair test.
Home piss test are 99.99999% accurate if they have been stored correctly. For example not frozen.
If you have any of the test except a hair test you should be fine. A hair test may give you problems.

i'm not so sure. i took a home test last week and got two lines, thinking i was negative. i forwarded a sample to the company's lab for a follow-up and just found out i tested positive. anyone else experience this? it's got me quite concerned.

Labs are different. It depends on what kind of test they did on your sample. If it was GC/MS, you might have been screwed to begin with. Thats an expensive test though, and some companies won't pay for that to be done.

Several people pass a home test and failed the lab test. Read my post above yours. If they have been stored correctly they work. There have also been reports of possible "bad batches" of home test.

Also, you said you sent the specimen to "their lab". Make sure you send a specimen to a Department of Health and Human Services Certified Laboratory. They are the only ones who are audited regularly and have a proven accuracy record.
