hey guys i have only been on this website a couple of times and many people gave me their advice and i apreaciated it, helped me ass out of many jams with my P.O. now i come for your advice one more time. I quit smoking around december, but for the past week ive smoked constantly and now i have a U.A with my recruiter in about 10 days. The sample doesnt go to a lab i think its just one of those dipstick ones. But im about 5'6 127lbs fast metabolism. I read about the dilution tech. but that one always makes me feel like shit afterwards so is there anyother technique or just go with the dilution.

Listen, you have been here before, it isn't your first dance around the toilet.... Stop smoking if you know you have a test to take in the next month. It doesn't take a Brain Scientist or Rocket Surgeon to figure that out.

If you keep going back into the quicksand, eventually we will get tired of pulling you out.

This test for the recruiter, you must have known about it for at least a few weeks now because they have not activated the draft for several decades.

Good advice also. Stop Smoking. You were nervous when on probation and now with the recruiter. You have been around long enough to know the best bet is to stop smoking, but you don't seem to want to do that.

yeah i know it is my fault i know i should quit smoking and for the longest part i did, but i messed up and to my credit she pulled the test out of the air. I read i will only have to be tested at recruit training and not any time in between. So you think you could save my ass one last time.

Home test first piss in the morning, dilution if necessary. Good luck.
