hello. i was totally clean until last saturday when i took one hit off a pipe. i may have to piss in a cup tomarow. i took a utest today and that came up negative, but ive heard the clinic where i have to piss at will send it to a lab, do you still think it will be ok? im going to buy another utest in the mourning and if i piss in abottle will it still be good to test in say 2 hours? will one hit show up? im a big guy and pump iron 4-5 days a week, low bodyfat, i eat extremely lean, though everyone says this. i have a fast metabolism ieat 6-7 meals a day. do you think if i use my first piss of the day and i pass the home test that i wioll be able to make a 20 ng/ml lab test or whatever low ammount they test for? thanks to all, luke

I am in the same situation...
I tested negative on the home test yesterday, and am on my way to the drugstore to get another.
I have maybe smoked a handful of times in my life, and was pretty much abstinent before the few hits I took this past month. The job I'm testing for is a HOSPITAL with their own fancy lab, so I'm freaking out. My mom works for this hospital with friends in the lab, to boot. I am debating on the vales drink, but don't want a super-dillute. What a pickle.

I wish I had great advice for you, but all I can say from what I've been told is maybe drink a few glasses of water an hour before the test, and hope for the best. I AM NO EXPERT BY ANY MEANS, but I think that a cleansing drink may super-dillute users like us. Please don't take my advice too literally - like I said - I'm definitely NOT a pro at this. I just guess we have to hope for the best. Also, from what I was told, definitely go get that home test ASAP, but I also hear the first 'void' of the day is best to test with the home kit - most concentration of THC, I guess.

Good luck, and let us know what happens, as I will, too. I have an appt scheduled to get my results on friday.
