Ok, maybe not "last" question but I'm freaking - help me so I can hopefully help others. I promise to be more of a "giver" than a "taker" after tomorrow!

I plan to go to the test in a regular bra with a sport-top over it (I'm practicing my subbing now) and wonder if this will be acceptable for the physical portion of the exam...meaning do I go 100% nekked when my physical happens? The exam paperwork looks a LOT like the DOT stuff I've seen online, if that helps any.

I have two condoms with water under each breast and I'm testing my temps and finesse, but hope that i"m not setting myself up for getting busted with this extra padding. This is getting far too personal, folks!

Women, if you've been there & done that please share...thanks!

This is getting far too personal, but I just tested the temp of my own pee and it was 89.8F. I have a normally low body temp (runs in the family - poss. borderline hypothyroidism) of about 96.8-97.2 Does this make sense? Would my own pee be rejected because of the temp?

Yes I'm stressing...that's what you get when you do illegal drugs and want to pretend that you're "legal."

I had a too low temp sub, they would not take it, and that has got me sweating bigtime on diution.

Peggy, Did you pee in a glass jar, then check the temp? The thickness of the glass and it's ability to transfer cold to the urine would mess with your temperature at home.
At the clinic, you will pee into a light plastic cup, which takes on the temperature of the urine and does not cool the urine like a glass jar would.

You also need to verify that your thermometer is accurate, and that you are looking at the temp within 3-4 minutes of peeing in the cup.

Been waiting for you to come back, Sec Sorry I am stressing but lessons have been learned.

I checked a short time afterward (w/different specimen) and it was 95. Using a plastic cup, too. It might be the thermometer....too many variables!!

I'm getting a faint line on the home strips but will bring a sub as plan B.

After tomorrow I can't change anything so it is what it is...but I whole-heartedly appreciate your time!

Remember, stressing only makes the situation worse, it doesn't change it. Get some sleep so you can be alert and make no mistakes tomorrow.

also, if you are planning on trying the peeing only once as soon as you arrive at the clinic for both the physical and test, be sure to pack extra pee. For your sub to do both, you need at least 100 mL. That is about 4 - 5 ounces. An elmers glue bottle is about 4 ounces and fits snugly in the crotch. Just make sure to clean it out really well and make a gasket for the little screw top lid (It leaks with fluid as thin as urine).

Another thing, it is best to sub with human urine, not synthetic for someone in your situation. I don't know if the medical testing they do on the urine would be good on synthetic. Just make sure your "donor" isn't taking medications.

Ok, with all that, try not to worry too much. If you are qualified for the job, you are qualified to cheat on their test. You can do this!!!

4 ounces? I have been planning for 2oz (keep reading DOT guidlines) but I can do 4. It's this kind of last-minute crisis that will make sleep hard to come by...the exam is at 8:15am.

Would pantyhose be too conspicuous? I could wear a skirt or dress.

And my sub is clean, female, and happens to be my niece. HOPEFULLY all of my bases are covered now.

Of course, you know what would have been the easiest, but then again if that were the case I wouldn't be taking up bandwidth here.

Pantyhose with a skirt is an excellent idea. You can store a greater quantity of urine (larger container) under the hose with any bulges hidden by the fullness of the skirt.

Ok, all your problems are solved. Don't take a pill and get some sleep.

For DOT drug tests, they don't use the same specimen for both the physicial portion and the drug testing.
