So, I really wish that I had found this forum two weeks ago! I'm 5'9, female, 170 lbs, I've been a vegetarian for 12 years (no meat or fish, just eggs and milk) and I do yoga regularly. I probably have a medium metabolism. I'm in the middle of a pre-employment screening and it's been rough going! I had been a regular smoker for two years but as soon as I found out about the drug test I stopped smoking, and had a full 35 days. I took QCarbo Plus just for good measure before the test, and that was on a Friday. I smoked about 1/4 of a joint on Sunday night (REALLY BAD DECISION, I RECOGNIZE THAT NOW), then got a call on Monday morning saying that I had given a negative dilute test, and that I needed to take it again. She said to try not to drink so much water. I took the test on Friday (the latest possible date I could have taken it), and when I gave my sample to the doctor, she said that it "looked a little diluted". I took a home test in the morning and it came back negative, so I drank a little water and just went and took the test. So now it's Monday, and I'm freaking out a little. If I get another Negative Dilute am I out of employment? Is my vegetarianism going to get in the way of passing future drug tests, even if I abstain? Any predictions on how my test will come out? Any tips or suggestions for future drug tests?

I was an ovo-lacto for 7-years too but the body ALWAYS has a certain level of creatine. I strongly believe I beat my test by taking VERY HIGH dose of aspririn - it may help you (practice & test in case this happens again).

Also just learned that coffee will deplete creatine in the body (causing diluted urine).

Practice at home, and see what works best for you. According to the DOT regulations I have been reading, 2 negative-dilutes = negative, but employers can do anything they darn well please.

I hear you! I've been freaking out for almost two weeks now.
I think I'm going to have to sub to pass this damn test.
Do you have any friends that could give you a clean sample?
