Tomorrow i have my first urine test for probation. I have abstained from smoking since i knew that i was on probation, making tomorrow my 18th day clean. I took a home test two days ago, and failed, so i have decided to use dilution to try and pass my test.

My first question is how much B-2 vitamin should I take for my urine to be yellow in color. Today when i went to my local CVS/Pharmacy they did not have any vitamins with JUST B-2 in them, so i bought a bottle of "Super B Complex" vitamins. Each pill has 20mg of B-2 in them, but i am worried about taking to many because each pill also has 25mg of niacin, and i have heard that you are not suppose to take a lot of niacin at once (i could be wrong though, im not too sure.)

The last thing i was wondering about is if i have enough creatine in my body to meet the cut off levels. When i went to GNC yesterday, they did not sell small quantities of creatine, and the cheapest i could buy was a huge bottle for $65. I did not want to pay that much, so the only other way i could think of to get creatine into my body was to eat red meat. So i went to the store and picked up a 12 oz steak and ate it that night. Do you think this is enough to get my creatine above the cut-off level?

You can always check your creatinine levels (as well as specific gravity) at home using the Urinecheck 7 test stick. You can find them cheap by doing a search on google.com
