I plan on subbing now because i found out ill be tested for thc at the 20 threshold rather then 50. My quesiton is do regular thermometers work just as good in the clinic then the digital ones? (i plan on using a regular one because it is cheaper)

Also I plan on going straight to the clinic from my house in the morning before work. That way I will have very little time lost between gauging the temperature at home and putting it into the cup in the clinic. What temperature is reccomended for me to have the clean urine at when leaving the house? I plan on using a small 2oz eye cleaning bottle with a spray nozzle. (basically wondering how fast the urine will cool relative to time)

last question, is a 2oz bottle enough urine for the sample to be accepted?

M0nger, you asked a question about a test type that has been discussed AT LEAST 3 times on this site. Then you ask a question about subsitution, and another - one of only two distinct topics in the "urine testing" section of this forum.

I'm a cranky b*tch because I gave up cigarettes, but for the love of all things holy AND for the love of all well-meaning moderators & administrators on this site, not to mention the bajillion "regular" members like me...USE THE F-ING SEARCH FEATURE!!! It's up top, or below depending on where you WANT to look. Sometimes if I click "search" it doesn't work, and I have to right-click my mouse and "open link." THAT is how I found the test that you are taking. I know more about what you are doing than you, and I don't even know you.

Please help yourself to the information instead of waiting for someone to spoon-feed it to you. Do you want someone to hold your hand in the lab too?

Peggy, I was a 20+ year cigarette smoker and quit cold turkey a few years ago. I understand what you are going through. My husband must have had the patients of a saint during those first few weeks (months?).

Drinking ice water and taking walks helps. So does knitting or crocheting. Anything to keep the hands busy and out of the refrigerator.

I can't help myself these days - it's been over 3 days cold turkey for butts (supposedly there's no nicotine left in my body but damn if I don't want to break something right now).
