my probation officer said that I can't have probation past the age of 19 (which is less than a year and a half), and that he was probably going to try and have my probation finished by around my 18th birthday.

I think part of the reason it would even be considered at such a small period of probation is taht it is my first offense and I am a minor.

But do you think I might get tested the day of my court date?
