Ummm, hello everyone.

In August I was caught wtih two bags of shrooms, 2CI, pot, and I was drinking. I am a minor and this is my first offense. All that said and done, I am meeting my probation officer for the first time. I didn't find out anything about meeting him until just 3 days ago, and I had smoked the day before I found out! I had been smoking for just a couple of weeks (approximately 3 bowls myself a day), before that I had quit for 6 months.

In the past 3 days I have drinken 4 gallons of water, 1 gallon of cranberry juice, taken two 500mg pills of niacin, and exercised. Today I have been slumming it and eating alot (trying to pump the creatine).

Ok Ok, so here goes the question; what happens if I get tested and it comes back as diluted? Will they fail me because it is related to probation, or will they make me retest? It is some sort of presentence investigating questioning to judge how severe my sentencing is, so I am not even sure if they are going to piss test me. Does anyone have any advice for me?

By the way, This meeting is going to be in about, oh, 3 and half hours. I know I should have posted sooner, but I just stumbled across this site today, and it was the first one that sounded helpful. Whether or not I get a post, I will let you know what happens, but advice would still be very much appreciated.

when i was on probation for a drug related crime i tested positive 3 times before i was clean, i got away with this because i hadn't started drug rehab. my probation officer stated that if i came back dirty after i started rehab, my probation would be revoked and i would go to jail. when i was put on probation i was not piss tested untill i had my first meeting. every case, judge, probation officer is not the same. i hope this helped a little bit. good luck.

since your a minor and this is your first time meeting with the law, i suggest you admit you have a problem and would like help. thats what they want to hear, at they very least you'll probably get probation, community service, and some out-patient drug program along with fines and such.

I am hoping that if I dont test positive on any of the tests they might shorten my probation. It is a hope, but I am not expecting it. I understand that probation officer's are all different, and I am guessing they have a different type of probation officer for minors, but I am not sure. I am going to be leaving in about half an hour to talk with them, so when I get home I will let y'all know what happens!

Let me preach a bit to ya. If you are really worried that they won't shorten you probation, you would be wise to quit until you are off it.

Unless you drank the cranberry juice and water today, you won't be diluted on the test; if you had a test...

I dont mind the preach at all, in fact I agree with you

I didn't get tested thankfully, and my probation officer was really cool and though that I was a really good kid. He said he would test me a couple of times, and if I am all clean that I would probably be off of probation by 18 (which is like in 4 months, and that is just awesome!).

the Judge can still be a dick and make my sentence longer despite the recommendation from the P.O., but I know I wont have any problem with him and that he is going to make my time with him really easy.

I thought it was going to be so much worse!!! But I don't want to ruin this great break I have been given. I will definitely stay clean through out my probation; I was just worried that I was going to come up positive if I were tested at this meeting. Thanks for the feed back y'all

Considering what you got caught with I'm supprised that they would even consider letting you off within the next year or two.
