Last month I went to my first probation and did not get drug tested my situation did not involve drugs for my act of crime but you never know about random drug test with probation if its same day or not. My question is do they moniter you when u piss cause I will be subbing

when i was on probation for a drug related crime i was piss tested everytime i went in. the lab person who took the sample was standing behind me, they had mirrors positioned in the top courner of the room so they could see if i was doing anything but peeing in a cup...i dont think you will have a good chance to sub, but i also dont think they will drug test you if it wasnt drug related. i dont know for sure.

We have had people on probation for non-drug-related crimes report that they were drug-tested, so it's definitely a possibility. I wouldn't bother asking your PO or the department about it. They'd have no motivation to tell you the truth. Just the opposite, in fact.

Most probation tests are observed, so subbing would be difficult.

i guess i need to drink the detox drink and drink mad water on monday and tuesday morning and hope for the best lol

talk to someone else on probation in your area because everoyne I've ever talked to has been observed while taking a probation drug test, and they will ream you if you get caught trying to sub.

everyone that i spoke with says , that if i havent been charged with drug related charges there is no reason for them to drug test me , but i dunno them fools at probation dont show any remorese they stiff dicks

I'd prepared for the worst. I know people with non-drug related offenses who had to take 1 piss test in a year of probation, but it only takes one to nail you. And don't plan on subbing until you know if you're going to be observed.
