Will they give me a test the day of my sentencing? I posted a thread earlier asking about the presentencing investigation with my probation officer (which went smoothly by the way), but now i am wondering if the day that I have court and they give me the sentence if they will test me, or whether or not I will have to wait until they schedule my next probation meeting.

If they do test me the day, do you think I could be clean (if I take the right measures) if it is in 12 days????

Does anyone know???? I mean to say, did anyone one here with a drug related crime get piss tested the day of their sentencing???????

I really would like to know because my P.O. is giving me a huge break if i just come up and stay clean. I plan on staying clean (it really isnt that hard) but I didnt get warning before i got this court date in 11 days. please please if anyone knows tell me!

I wasn't piss tested the day of my sentencing. That doesn't mean they can't do it tho. People seem to think that there is a universal standard to when you get and when you don't get piss tested.

Bottom line, if your PO is going to cut you a break, abstain!

I don't know your weight/metabolism/smoking history but it is possible to pass using dillution in 12 days, so read up on that and be prepared just incase.
