the last time i smoked was on the night of the 2nd and my test is on the 12th i haven't smoked at all since then. on the 2nd i only smoked like half a bowl. the week before that i probably smoked a little less than a gram though. and then probably like a bowl and a half or something the week before that. i smoke an average of a bowl and a half on the weekends (total). i haven't used any special drinks or pills. i had some niacin (4 one day and 4 the next) but i don't think it was all that effective cuz i didn't notice getting too red or turning suuuper itchy. just a little. i've drank about a gallon of cranberry juice and somewhere around three liters of water a day on average. that about sums it up.

so, reading that approach, do you think it's enough to pass? should i do something else? if so, what?

ohh by the way, i'm 5'5, 120 lbs, and have a somewhat speedy metabolism
i've peed a LOT since the 2nd cuz of all the water, if that makes a difference

Don't bother to dilute this early. THC metabolites are leeched out of the fat cells into the bloodstream at a fairly constant rate, and from there they're filtered out by the kidneys. Flushing your system like this only works right before a test. If you dilute heavily and then wait 24 hours, your levels will be positive again. No substance can get the metabolites out of your system, it just takes time.

As far as whether you'll be safe for your Monday test, sec3 will probably weigh in here with a better answer. You don't sound like a really heavy smoker, and your fast metabolism should help you, but if you're really concerned, read the dilution or substitution stickies. It sounds like you're already diluting pretty heavily, so you may just want to do your current regimen for the day leading up to the test. Read the dilution faq.

Take a home test with your first void in the morning. That is the dirtiest. If you fail the hometest follow the Dilution instructions carefully.
