I need some help somebody, please........

I have a pre employment drug test the 19th of feb.. I have not smoked since the 5th of Feb.. So I have another 7 days or so before I am tested. Before I quit, I had somked a couple of bong hits every night for about 3 months of some high midgrade. What are my best options here guys?

Home test with first piss of the morning about 3-4 days before the test. Read the Dilution and Substitution sticky to be ready if you need them.
