|  Will I show as "dilute"??? I should be okay, but I also didn't want to walk in and give them the first pee of the day. I drank 4-5 glasses of water after getting up normally. I then went to the place within 30 minutes and the wizz was pretty clear considering it was the first since I drank all the water. Do you think that's enought water to return a "dilute"? Thanks in advance??? |

| Your guess is as good as mine. How much volume was in each glass of water? What is your body type? Male or female? Other pre-test solute intake? It's all moot now, let's see what your results are. Good luck.
