I haven't smoked for 50 days for a hair drug test that I failed, and after I heard that I failed I ended up smoking probably 2 bowls of chronic within 4 days...yesterday was my last. I'm gonna apply for another job with Urine test instead....I'll probably be clean for a week, but because I quit for almost 2 months do you think I have better chances of passing>

The level of THC metabolites in a person's body depend on the frequency, amount, and potency of what he smokes. The easiest way to picture it is as if your body is a bucket with a small hole in the bottom. You pour THC metabolites in the top and they gradually leak out through the hole. If you pour them in faster than it leaks out they will accumulate.

The only way to know for sure your level of THC metabolites is to obtain a home THC test (local drugstore or eBay) and test yourself.

If all you smoked was two bowls after a two-month hiatus and you have a week to clean up you should be OK, but I'd test to see if I needed to dilute or substitute

I tested positive for THC using the First Check Home Testing Kits. It sucks!!! Well hopefully a week will be enough to clean my system...lots of liquids right? Shoul I work out?

In one of his posts, sec3 said that 5 or 6 hits were not enough for a positive THC result...I just got my results and I failed....sec3, I'll have my test in a week, what do you think>

Testing positive now doesn't mean that you'll still be positive in a week. Without doing anything special, your body sheds half of its THC metabolite load every 24 - 36 hours. Testing closer to the real test is more meaningful. Be prepared to dilute or substitute in the event that you are still positive at the time of the real test.

Exercise up until 3 days before the test. For the last 3 days lie around and pig out. Go into fat-storing mode.

Drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice for a week leading up to the test doesn't do anything. Dilution techniques are done in the last few hours before the test.
