OK, I have my test 5-50 W/NIT in two days. It will be 8 or nine days since my last smoke. I had not smoked for 2-3 months prior. My usage was for about 2 weeks was .5 - 1.5 grams a day. I have read both dilution posts by N2 & S2. The posts where a few years old and I wanted to know if anyone was aware of progression in testing?

My test will be w/ nitrates. So I am expecting them to check for creatine and specific gravity. I also purchased the GHF 45 min flush prior. I know I know... It has 882% of Riboflavin. (Dont know what thats for). Im looking for any advice? I will also post my results in the appropriate thread. Thanks in advance for any help, this job is really important!
