I have my test 5-50 W/NIT in two days. It will be 8 or nine days since my last smoke. I had not smoked for 2-3 months prior. My usage was for about 2 weeks was .5 - 1.5 grams a day. I have read both dilution posts by N2 & S2. The posts where a few years old and I wanted to know if anyone was aware of progression in testing?

My test will be w/ nitrates. So I am expecting them to check for creatine and specific gravity. I also purchased the GHF 45 min flush prior. I know I know... It has 882% of Riboflavin. (Dont know what thats for). Im looking for any advice? I will also post my results in the appropriate thread. Thanks in advance for any help, this job is really important!

If N2 or S2's information was outdated it would be updated. This isn't your average drug testing forum with a bunch of 12-14 year old kids giving advice. I have visited some of them sites. They are ridiculous.

I am not hollering at you or trying to put you down. Just telling you the credibility of this site, it's moderators and the members that have been around a long time.

Look around at some of the posts. If false information or myths are given as answers they are corrected and usually very quickly.

I have been ready many of the posts for days and have seen many thank N2 & S2. I was more worried with any advances in the testing. Just like everyone else that has walked in these shoes I have much riding on it. Thank you for the reply, thought nobody was going to.

As testing methods improve or change, so does the advice here. We do keep up. I realize you are worried about the older threads, but if information is outdated it is usually corrected and updated pretty quickly. If it hasn't been updated, it is still accurate.
