Having trouble finding one, short of going to a store and buying several to see which ones beeps or doesn't I'm at a loss.

I guess silence is not a feature requested of dig. thermometers as it's not an advertised feature that I can find.

I doubt that anyone makes a silent thermometer. The beeper is how you know when to take it out of your mouth. I suppose you could buy a thermometer and put a drop of crazy glue in the beeper. I doubt if it could make much noise after that.

Why do you want a silent thermometer?

There's silent ones. You should either buy a few and see whitch one's are the silent ones and return the one's that do make noise. or just buy a cheap one, and if it makes noise, than open it up and rip out the speaker

and buzz, he wants a silent thermometer so he can make sure that the tempature of his piss is at a normal 97-98 degrees before he hands out his sample to get tested. As you know they test for the tempature and he just wants to be sure its at an acceptable tempature so he can pass.
